It is difficult for me to explain how grateful I am that you guys were there for me today. I had a problem 60 miles from home and the only place I thought about going to was Bastian Tires. You took me in and solved my problem within a minimum amount of time (I was not even there for a full hour). Thank you all. Please send this to corporate so that they see what an outstanding job you all do to help people far from home. The people at Bastian Tire and Auto were patient and clear with what was needed when the transmission went on my Mazda 6. I was traveling between states and the part was backordered so I ended up needing to get the vehicle towed and they called my car place back home and let them know what was needed. Awesome and very thankful for being near these guys that day!

I called them at 11 in the morning because even though I put air in my tires, the low tire pressure light was on. I could not get there until 1 but Sean said bring it in and we will check the pressure and either turn the light off or try to fix a damaged tire. When I got there I had a tire that was damaged beyond repair and I needed 4 new tires. I was supposed to be going to Watkins Glen NY to pick up family for Thanksgiving. They worked me in on a very busy day and had me on the road in in an hour and a half. I was stuck between a rock and hard place and they did everything they could to help me out.

The team you have at the Bloomsburg store is terrific. From Your Store Manager to your Asst. Russ, Brandon, Bob, all of those people there are outstanding. I have lived in 9 states, moved 14 times and I have never had vehicle service as professional, courteous and honest as I have encountered here. I recommend Bastian to everyone I speak to about my 5 vehicles and I wouldn’t take them anywhere else. They check minor repairs and major repairs and can make every one that I have needed. Terrific group you have there. Been meaning to write this since June when I had major repairs done to my truck that I know I needed because these guys care about their honesty and the work they do. Treat these guys well. They treat your customers well for you. Thanks for being who you are in Bloomsburg. It is rare to find integrity in auto repair anymore, but not on West Main Street in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania.
