Last weekend Allison came up for a visit after having multiple tire failures in Philly as result of horrible road construction conditions...

She got poor service down there.

We went in without appointment on Saturday morning (I am sure a busy time for you).

Nevertheless, Scott was wonderful, including having to get new tires from one of your other stores...

Even being open a half day and being short staffed, they got the work done and she was able to return to Philly without having to miss work...

This is why I have been a loyal customer for 25+ years. You folks are professional, friendly, amazingly helpful and, of course, good looking...
