I was passing through Williamsport a couple weeks ago & my Yukon was flashing a low tire warning- I stopped at your store & asked them to check for a leaking tire- they checked all tire pressures & determined that the pressures were ok. Told me the problem arose from the tire pressure not being reset when tires were rotated. When I asked for an invoice to pay, the manager said “no charge”. I was pleasantly surprised & grateful. I own a business also & as I continued my trip, I thought what great PR your manager created for your company by not charging me for the service. We often get hung up on maximizing billable hours of our techs that we often have an opportunity to give some free service to our customers. I am starting to apply that idea to some of our customers for smaller services that are required from our service techs. Thank your staff for the service & the idea.
