Dear Bastian Tire,
I just wanted to let you know about the excellent service that
Bastian Tire in State College provided for me last Tuesday, May
31st. I am from out of town and needed "emergency" service since I
needed to travel home to southern New Jersey that day.
They were able to service my car right away and get me on
my way by later that morning. This type of service is so greatly
appreciated. I have friends in the local State College area and am
pleased to tell them about my experience.

Dear Bastian's,
A few weeks ago, my sister and I found ourselves stranded in an
Enterprise rental car in Lewisburg. Your very kind Manager, Steve
Martin, helped us diagnose the problem (with the aid of one of his
mechanics), allowed us to wait in the office to avoid the
sweltering heat, and generally made us feel welcome until we were
rescued an hour and a half later. I would like to extend our most
sincere gratitude for your most accommodating staff. They were
wonderful!!

My husband and I were traveling last Saturday to spend some
time with our son and daughter in law before his leave was up. We
had been on the road since 4 a.m. when we pulled in for gas and
realized something was wrong. Fortunately, we found you and from
the minute we entered your door to the time we left (record time!)

getting us on our way to spend the rest of the day and the next in
